A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We will migrate your website(s) to our top–of–the–line cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost data and unwanted downtime. For this reason, we’ll do all that for you for free!We have skilled administrators whose sole responsibility is to make certain that your site performs exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, since there are lots of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not large).

A: Yeah. We will require the name of the site that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to log in to your old web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: Customer privacy is among our fundamental responsibilities – because of this, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level digital certificates. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to secure the data that we assemble on the World Wide Web. A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we will make sure that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your web content is not affected prior to informing you that the transfer is completed. After that, we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to change your DNS resource records.

A: While we migrate your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yep. We support all traditional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site building and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
